InstiCo Express, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of InstiCo Freight Management, Inc., has expanded its market presence through an asset acquisition that supports the continued growth of its dedicated fleet services. The acquisition increases equipment availability, service lanes, and overall transportation capabilities.

“The acquisition of drivers and customer contracts advances the company’s overall strategy for its dedicated fleet, increases market share, and diversifies the company’s customer portfolio,” said John Hernando, President and CEO of InstiCo Freight Management, Inc.

InstiCo Express, LLC is a full truckload asset-based carrier offering over the road and dedicated services throughout the United States. The acquisition expands the company’s presence in AL, KY, and TN and now operates 42 tractors, 11 refrigerated, and 62 dry van trailers nationwide.
